A linen package costs 18.00 €.

In order to be able to guarantee each guest a thoroughly cleaned apartment, we have after each occupancy immediately carry out a final cleaning of the swept by the guest object to be handed over by our service partners on site. Only in this way can we guarantee that you, too, feel comfortable with us and complaints are avoided.

The final cleaning costs a flat rate of 60 EUR (including initial equipment). If you bring a pet, an additional EUR 18 will be charged for additional cleaning.

In order to ensure that everything goes according to your wishes upon arrival, we kindly ask you to inform us in good time (preferably 7 days before arrival) by a short call or an e-mail to ruegen@wfv-gmbh.de about your exact arrival details .The apartment key will be handed overto you on the day of your arrival at the WFV office (Paulstrasse 2, 18609 Binz) .S hould outside the opening times (Mon-Fri 9-17.30 pm) arrive, you agree the transfer, please contact our local partners from (phone 038393 to 31532 ore-mail).

On your departure day, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment swept clean by 10:00 am to allow for final cleaning for subsequent guests. This can also be coordinated with our partner WFV.

Please hand over the keys handed over to you in the office of WFV on site. If you leave outside office hours, simply leave the keys in the mailboxes at the WFV office.Important: Please do not leave any keys in the object!
